Chief Executive Officer

Domenico Pellegrino

Since October 2016, Domenico Pellegrino is Chief Executive Officer at Bluvacanze Group. He has been in this position since October 2016. Bluvacanze Group is the largest Italian network of Travel Agencies, wholly owned by MSC Group. Also belonging to the Bluvacanze Group are Cisalpina Tours, the leading company in Italy in Business Travel and Mice, as well as Going, a historic Italian Tour Operator, recognized for its reliability and quality of the services offered.

In addition to the Bluvacanze and Vivere & Viaggiare branded agencies, the Blunet project has recently been launched: it is an important plan of development, a new Italian tourism distribution center of affiliated agencies. Mr Pellegrino himself is the Development Director of Blunet. The appointment to CEO of our Company followed the previous position of Managing Director of Business Travel and Mice of Cisalpina Tours.

Domenico Pellegrino’s career in the world of organized tourism began twenty-seven years ago: he joined Bluvacanze after a long-lasting experience in MSC Cruises, where he took on increasing responsibilities until he became Sales Director Italy in 2000. He thereafter held the role of Director General until 2014. His curriculum also includes an experience as General Manager in Valtur. Since March 2018 he has been president of AIDIT, the Italian Tourist Distribution Association of companies operating in the sector of agencies, belonging to Confindustria Federturismo.

He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and obtained a Masters’ Degree in Tourism Economics at the SSCTS in Milan. He thereafter achieved a specialization in Web Marketing for Tourism at the LUISS University in Rome.

Domenico Pellegrino was born in 1969: He is married and father to three children.

Chief Commercial & Operations Officer

Giorgio Garcea

Since January 2018 Giorgio Garcea has taken on the position of Chief Commercial & Operations Officer of Cisalpina Tours, one of the most important Italian Travel Management Companies in terms of size, turnover, coverage of the territory and services offered. Based in Rosta (Turin), Cisalpina Tours has been active on the market for over 50 years and has more than 500 employees, 4 Business Travel Service Centers (Milan, Rome, Rosta and Padua), over 800 client companies and 2 million annual transactions.

Cisalpina Tours is part of Bluvacanze Group, one of the most important Italian travel companies, wholly owned by MSC: the group includes the travel agencies Vivere & Viaggiare con Bluvacanze, the Blunet affiliation hub and Going, the historic Italian Tour Operator recognized for the reliability and quality of the services offered.

Mr Garcea began his career at Carlson Wagonlit where he held various operational positions before being appointed as Sales & Account Manager. In March 2000 he joined HRG Italy where he became Senior Sales Manager. He thereafter accepted the position of Key Account Manager in Amadeus. In September 2010 he joined Cisalpina Tours, becoming Commercial Director in February 2013.

Giorgio Garcea is married and has two children.

Chief Financial Officer

Marco Sighinolfi

Marco Sighinolfi is Chief Financial Officer at Bluvacanze Group. He has been in this position since 2018 Bluvacanze Group is the largest Italian network of travel agencies, wholly owned by the MSC Group. Bluvacanze Group also includes Cisalpina Tours, the leading company in Italy for Business Travel and Mice, as well as Going, a historic Italian Tour Operator, recognized for the reliability and quality of its services offered.

Mr Sighinolfi obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Commerce at the University of Pavia. He began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Since 2002 he has worked for renowned American multinational corporations: first as Finance Manager in EDS (IT and BPO services) and, since 2005, as Financial Director of Tyco (integrated security systems and services).

In 2014 he was CFO at Boscolo (Hotels and Tour Operator) where he managed the debt restructuring and operational relaunch of the Group.

Born in 1972, Mr Sighinolfi has a partner and a son.

Alessandro Bruni

An experienced professional, Bruni comes from the luxury hospitality sector having spent 15 years as CIO of the Baglioni Group, contributing to the digitization of IT processes and infrastructure in Italy, the UK and the Maldives. Also within his area of responsibility was the governance of the IT department with regard to cyber security and compliance for ISO 27001 and Pci-DSS (payment card data security standard), which he finds again in the Bluvacanze Group.

Previous professional experiences have seen him Country Manager for Delmonte Food and Product Manager for the U.S. credit risk agency Equifax.

Commercial Director Business Travel Cisalpina Tours

Loretta Bartolucci

Since January 2018 Loretta Bartolucci has taken on the position of Commercial Director for Business Travel at Cisalpina Tours, one of the most important Italian Travel Management Companies in terms of size, turnover, coverage of territory and services offered. Based in Rosta (Turin), Cisalpina Tours has been active on the market for over 50 years and has more than 500 employees, 7 Business Travel Centers (Milan, Rome, Rosta (Turin), Naples, Bozen, Rimini (Adriatic Coast) and Padua), over 800 client companies and 2 million annual transactions.

Mrs Bartolucci heads up a commercial team of more than 20 people who are responsible for the research, creation, implementation and consolidation of our relationship with business customers. Their activity is carried out through extensive consultancy services aimed at improving the traveller’s experience as well as optimizing management processes and reporting of corporate trips and travel budget – at 360 degrees – both in Italy and abroad.

Before joining Cisalpina Tours, Bartolucci spent the last eleven years in Carlson Wagonlit where she had been Senior Director – Sales, Marketing & Advance Client Solution for Italy since 2013. Her previous experience included the position of Director of National Account Management Italy.

Her career began with an experience within the Hilton Corporation hotel group followed by a position as Sales Manager Italy for several international airlines such as Swiss Air, SN Brussels, Azzurra Air, Austrian Airlines and United Airlines.

Her curriculum also includes a prior experience in Cisalpina Tours from 2003 to 2006, with the role of Operations Manager at the Company’s offices in Milan and as Multinational Key Account Manager
